  1. Inspection before idling

(2) Carefully check whether each tank and each moving part are filled with oil as required. The oil level in the tank should not be lower than the oil mark. Whether there is enough coolant in the cooling box, whether the oil in the hydraulic station and automatic intermittent lubrication device reaches the oil level specified by the oil level indicator, whether the switches and components in the electrical control box are normal, and whether each integrated circuit board is inserted When it is in place, the centralized lubrication device is started when the power is turned on, so that each lubrication part and the lubrication oil path are covered with lubricant oil.

(1) Running test of main motion mechanism

In the non-cutting state, test the temperature change and no-load power of the spindle during the running time. The main motion machinery of the machine tool has three speeds of low, middle and high speeds, and the step speed is all the speeds. The running time is not less than 2 minutes, and the maximum speed section should not be less than 1 hour, so that the spindle bearings reach a stable temperature. Check that the temperature of the spindle bearing does not exceed 70°C.

(2) Continuous dry running test

Use CNC program instructions to do all functions (without cutting) for continuous motion and rotation test. The exercise time is no more than 15 minutes. Stop at the end of each cycle, and simulate the work of Songka, stop for less than one minute, and run continuously for 48h to 72h according to different requirements of customers.

After the geometrical precision and kinematic precision of the machine tool meet the requirements, the workpiece should be processed according to the corresponding standards and self-defined standards to check the processing performance of the machine tool after CNC transformation. In addition to the necessary finishing, some must also carry out a certain load test to check the stability of its accuracy.
