Deep drawing process

Deep drawing press relies on press and die to exert force on plate, strip, pipe and profile to produce plastic deformation or separation. So to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece (stamping parts). But there is a big difference between deep drawing stamping and common stamping process.

The mold is composed of punch and die, a station a pair of mold, generally no more than 18 stations. Design mold can consider the use of more stations, so that a single station molding more stable, the product quality is better.

2. The belt material

The products of deep drawing process exist separately in the mold and are transferred to another station by built-in manipulator or manually. We can produce relatively complex shapes through deep drawing, such as: thread, side hole, side groove, end face reverse drawing, etc., to meet the production requirements of all kinds of products.

Deep drawing saves material costs, wastes, assembly costs and time compared to machining, casting, molding and stamping parts. Deep drawing can meet the shape requirements by improving the appearance and structure of products, and can retain its own strength and effectively use raw materials.

  • The wear of the mold is large

Light weight (about 1/3 of low carbon steel), high strength, no magnetism, no rust, suitable for heat treatment, can be used as anodic oxidation to prevent corrosion. It is commonly used in automobile manufacturing and other industries, such as heat dissipation devices, energy storage devices (such as batteries), but also used in life, such as beverage containers, electronics and pharmaceuticals.
